PART ONE - STYLING
Hello lovers, if you've spent the last hour with fifteen browser tabs open trying to figure out what a wedding stylist actually charges, you're not alone — and you're not going to find a straight answer on most Sydney studio websites. We know, because for a long time, ours was one of them.
I'm Wendy, founder of Fable Studio Co. We've been styling and designing Sydney weddings since 2016, and if there's one thing every couple asks in their first email, it's some version of "...but how much does this actually cost?" So here it is — real numbers, no email opt-in required, based on what we actually charge.

The quick answer (by 2026 price)
For a wedding around 100 guests, here's roughly where couples land with us:

Labour costs, delivery, bump-in and bump-out are quoted separately based on your venue, which is the one variable we genuinely can't price until we know where you're getting married. Everything else, here's the full breakdown.

COMING UP... FLOWERS
We will delve into part 2 of our discussion, with a specific focus on the cost associated with the flowers. It’s important to recognize that while many of you may appreciate the overall aesthetic that a stylist can provide, there are instances where you might not require the full suite of styling services offered. Instead, you may find that the strategic selection and arrangement of flowers can significantly elevate the ambiance of your space without the need for extensive styling. Flowers are not just decorative elements; they are vital components that contribute to the overall atmosphere, mood, and character of any environment. The right choice of flowers can transform a simple setting into a vibrant and inviting space, whether it’s for a ceremony only, or a whole wedding, or even for bridal home decor.
Therefore, understanding the costs associated with various types of flowers, including seasonal availability, sourcing options, and potential labour fees, becomes essential in making informed decisions. Additionally, we will explore different strategies for selecting flowers that fit within your budget while still achieving a stunning visual impact. By focusing on the floral elements, you can create a beautiful and cohesive look that aligns with your vision, all while being mindful of your financial considerations. Ultimately, flowers can serve as a focal point that draws attention and enhances the overall styling of your space, making them an invaluable investment.
